Courage ... say no or to say yes?

The editorialist of La Libre today titled his post " dare say" no "to Bart." It , he writes, to pretty much the same scenario. If negotiations proceed laboriously between North and South [sic] the country [resic] (...) N-VA, who feels betrayed by Di Rupo, light the wick Community (... )

The editorialist refers to this time the regionalization of PPI (the tax on natural persons) that would be perceived not by the federal state, but by regions. That would be "unacceptable to the francophones " because, for them , "this would lead to tax competition between regions, but would also the first (?) Step towards the end of the [famous ] solidarity imterpersonnelle, the cement of our model [sic] federal .

Elsewhere, those who oppose the removal of the "interpersonal Solidartité" argue that the regionalization of the PPI impoverish Wallonia and Brussels and should therefore have the courage to say " No" to Mr De Wever. But no one, in political circles, not even RWF has the courage to tell the truth the Walloons, that it is a "solidarity" and not interregional interpersonal and what impoverish Wallonia in the case of regionalization of taxation is that it should live on its own resources , like all citizens aware of their responsibilities.

The situation is obviously different to Brussels.
