The mission of preforming seems very much in jeopardy again!
Indeed, Mr. Bart De Wever returned to the negotiating table a claim for the N-VA, the fiscal autonomy of the Regions, which basically means the removal of the financing law based on a key distribution. In other words, the regions would no longer be federally funded, but should collect their own taxes, particularly the IPP, the tax on individuals, currently perceived by the Fed.
This requirement has created a chill among French negotiators, who were resolutely rejected, because it corresponds to them into a design that clearly angered confederalist Joëlle Milquet again "Madam No".
In reality, what the Francophone parties fear the most is the questioning of what they hypocritically call "solidarity interpersonal " then it is an interregional solidarity or, to put it more bluntly, the financial transfers North-South, playing particularly Social Security.
In other words, the French-speaking parties are outraged at the idea of no longer receiving money from the Flemish to ensure social protection and living standards of the Walloons.

According to La Libre Belgique , the Deputy Prime Minister is out of his gongs during a discussion in Brussels. Exasperated by what Bart De Wever, she finally let go she no longer believed in a positive outcome for negotiations and for the future. "So you must prepare quickly at the end of country, "retorted the President of the N-VA. What Onkelinx said: " Do not worry, we are preparing already . And Brussels is not for sale. Even if she was speaking, some observers believe she is saying out loud what the PS think within (...)". It seems that things are moving in the right direction , concludes Olivier N.
